The National Youth Hunting Association does NOT collect or store sensitive information about credit cards used for donations, youth membership enrollment or any other purpose. All sensitive information is entered, handled and secured by our payment gateway company (PayPal) and is extremely secure. We also protect all private information off-line, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and other contact information as may be necessary to enroll a youth into the National Youth Hunting Association or donate money to support our nonprofit youth organization. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or membership services, etc) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
